Why Work With Us?

At Bahler Brothers, we believe our success comes from more than just the outdoor living spaces we create. It comes from those who bring those projects to life. For over 40 years, our team has combined craftsmanship, creativity, and a commitment to excellence to help families transform their outdoor spaces into spaces for making memories.

If you’re passionate about building with integrity, working with your hands, and being part of a team that takes pride in every detail, we’d love to hear from you. Current positions include:

Turn dream backyards into reality. As a Landscape Sales and Designer, you’ll meet with clients, listen to their ideas, and create custom outdoor living designs that blend beauty, function, and craftsmanship. This role combines creativity with relationship-building and requires strong design skills, clear communication, and a passion for helping families envision their perfect outdoor space.

Lead the way on some of the most exciting outdoor projects in the region. As a Foreman, you’ll oversee crews in the installation of patios, walls, walkways, and landscapes, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of quality. You’ll balance hands-on work with leadership, mentoring team members, and keeping projects on time and on budget.

Support our foremen and guide day-to-day jobsite operations. Crew Leaders are experienced team members who take initiative, manage small tasks or sections of a project, and help keep the crew efficient and safe. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership potential who wants to grow into a Foreman role.

Be the connection between our clients, designers, and crews. Project Managers coordinate scheduling, materials, and communication to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. This role requires organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping customer satisfaction front and center.

Start your career in the landscape and hardscape industry by learning from the ground up. Our Laborers support installation crews with hands-on work such as site prep, material handling, and construction. No prior experience is required. We require a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and pride in doing quality work.
