The crew was extremely hardworking, putting in full days in 90+ degree heat and even working through rain. They were always respectful of our property, our family members, and our neighbors. The foreman, RD, was a true gentleman—knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely funny—and a pleasure to work with throughout the project. The finished walkway looks beautiful, solid, and expertly constructed, completely transforming the front of our house. We decided in the late Spring of 2025 to add a pool in our yard. by that May we had picked the pool company and all of the elements of the pool and pool system. However, we needed quite a bit of landscaping to reshape our yard, plan and install the deck surrounding our pool, and make sure that the drainage solutions we desired were correctly implemented. We hired a landscape architect to make exact plans. In June, we began searching for the right company to handle our project needs for the landscaping and deck. our pool company recommended Bahler Brothers and Josh Bahler came up to meet us. From the first meeting we were impressed with his energy, his knowledge, his humility, and his enthusiasm for getting our project done just the way we wanted it. We signed a fixed price contract for the decking we picked with Josh's help and for a retaining wall we needed built. We could not sign a fixed price contract for the landscaping and drainage work we needed done so we agreed to have that work done on a time and materials basis. From late July through August Bahler Brothers had teams here working on our project. Each of their employees was friendly, expert in his/her tasks, eager to get things done just right and timely in their work. The end result was spectacular; beyond anything we, our family, an our friends had ever seen or imagined. After the work was complete, Josh Bahler called to make sure that everything was done right and to our satisfaction. Only when assured that we were 100% satisfied did we receive a bill. It was extremely fair and frankly for less than we had expected. Weeks later, after we had paid the bill in full, a small drainage problem popped up after a deluge caused by a heavy rainstorm. We let Josh know and he was on site within hours to suggest and make a slight tweak in the drainage plans our landscape architect had made. The problem was solved, and no further bill was received. We were thoroughly surprised at the customer service! We had a worrisome problem with staining on our 4 year old concrete paver patio. Even though Bahler Brothers hadn't installed it, they offered to send someone out to troubleshoot it. Sam and Dave came out to our home- not once but twice -to diagnose the issue and suggest remedies. AT NO CHARGE! Remarkable in these days and times.
