A property reset is built for exactly that. We come in and do the heavy lifting a routine maintenance visit isn’t designed for, so your property is workable again.

What's Included in a Property Reset
A reset isn’t a trim, or a light cleanup. It’s a full reworking of what’s gotten out of hand, done in the right order so the property is actually set up to be maintained going forward instead of falling right back into the same shape.
- Invasive removal — clearing out plants that have taken over beds or crowded out what you actually want growing
- Hard pruning — cutting overgrown shrubs and plantings back hard, not just a touch-up
- Mulch build-up removal — regrading soil to or below root flares, since years of built-up mulch can slowly suffocate plants
- Bed edging — re-establishing clean lines around every bed
- Full cleanup — clearing debris from beds, lawn, and hardscape areas
- Remulching — a fresh, properly-depth layer once the beds are reset

The service we received was outstanding--fast, professional, and effective. We needed oak tannin stains removed from our patio after a tree fell on our house. A crew was at our house within a day and was able to clean the pavers with less work than was originally quoted. From start to finish, every step of the process to replace our front steps was executed flawlessly by Bahler Brothers. Initially George helped guide us to the perfect design and materials. When the time came to begin the project we were informed when each step would take place- and they were always at our house when they said they’d be. Lloyd was careful to place mats in our driveway to protect it as he excavated the area. As soon as that portion was done Junior, Andrew, and Angel began work on the steps and walkway. I was so impressed with how detailed and meticulous they were. Each step, each paver was placed exactly where it should be. They made double and triple sure of it! When Byron and Ryan in the landscaping division came to put our plantings back they were careful to do it exactly as it was before - even adding new stone so the plantings were completely covered as before. Josh called to make sure we were happy - which we were! George also came one last time to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend Bahler Brothers to anyone who needed a project done and done right! We are now waiting for the railing vendor to install the railing. Once that is done our step project will be complete.

That’s exactly what a property reset is for. Even properties that haven’t been touched in a few seasons can be brought back to a manageable baseline.
How is a reset different from a regular cleanup?
A regular cleanup tidies up a property that’s already being maintained. A reset addresses years of buildup, invasive growth, and mulch depth issues that a routine visit isn’t designed to handle.
Do I need to sign up for ongoing maintenance after a reset?
No, but most homeowners choose to since it protects the work that was just done. We’re happy to talk through a seasonal plan once the reset is scheduled.
